Learn More about ABA
What is it?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a systematic approach to changing behavior. This involves breaking behavior down into its simplest components, analyzing it to understand its function, and then implementing interventions to increase, decrease, or shape the behavior.
Currently, ABA is recognized as the leading treatment for both children and adults with autism, aiming to improve behavior and facilitate socially significant changes in an individual's life.

Approach
Each client is unique, so each treatment plan will be tailored to their individual needs. It is important to note that ABA is not intended to be a lifelong treatment. Practitioners should focus on promoting independence and fostering socially significant behavior changes that will make a meaningful difference in the client's life.

Outcomes
We assess, track goals, generalize, and repeat—constantly checking our progress to make sure our treatments and interventions are making a difference. We are committed to finding what truly works for each learner. Our “try again” mindset is a key part of our ethical approach, reflecting our unwavering support for each individual’s growth.
Scientific research shows that ABA can effectively improve communication skills, social skills, fine and gross motor skills, academics, and much more. We’re here to help make positive changes and support every step of the way!

Possibilities
ABA is all about understanding and shaping behavior—basically, anything an organism does!
We dive into many interesting areas, like helping with addictive behaviors (such as smoking or gambling), improving how organizations run, enhancing education, supporting rehabilitation, and so much more. The flexibility of ABA means we can use it in all sorts of ways to make a positive difference!
